I originally left a 1-star review out of frustration, but I want to update that after speaking with management. The manager from Bridges reached out to me directly, took the time to go over everything, and clarified some misunderstandings on my end regarding the warranty. I really appreciate that they didn’t just ignore the situation—they followed up and worked with me to make things right. It says a lot about a business when they’re willing to step in, have a real conversation, and resolve an issue properly. I’m grateful for the effort and the professionalism they showed throughout the process. Thank you to the team at Bridges for taking the time to address my concerns.

Jeff in service and Gavin the mechanic made sure to get my vehicle into the shop and repaired quickly when I had transmission and emission troubles on my truck. They were friendly, thorough and great. Living out of town and working in a different town makes it difficult without a vehicle but Pete in sales made sure I had a ride and not have to wait around. Great job all around!
