I recently purchased a used car from this dealership, (5/9/26) and overall I had a great experience. The salesperson (Brandon) I worked with was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions honestly. They were upfront about the vehicle’s history and condition, which I really appreciated when buying a used car. The car itself was super clean, well-presented, and matched the description. (Mike) sales manager was a great help also. The financing process was smooth and clearly explained, with no unexpected surprises. Over 45 years ago, I bought my very first new car from Royal Chevrolet. On Saturday, we bought our first EV from Bridgewater Chevrolet…our new Equinox RS is the 9th vehicle we have purchased from this dealership! This time we had the absolute pleasure of working with Harry DiPietro. Harry took all the time we needed (and more) to address all of our concerns and answer all of our many questions. He was patient and professional and made it clear from the moment we met that he wasn’t there to “sell” us a car but to make sure we found the right vehicle for us and we did! Together with Angel and Ken, they handled the sale, our trade in, all of the paperwork and documents and we left with a fantastic new EV. Harry followed up with us the next business day to see how things were going and if we had any additional questions.
