My wife and I recently spent several weeks shopping for a vehicle and visited a number of dealerships across Nova Scotia. Although we ultimately purchased a vehicle elsewhere due to inventory availability, I wanted to specifically recognize Troy Ernst at Bridgewater Honda. Troy was easily the best salesperson we dealt with during our entire search. Over the course of several visits, he arranged test drives and showed us approximately 8 or 9 different vehicles, always taking the time to answer our questions and help us understand our options. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle for our family. What stood out most was that there was never any pressure. Troy never pushed us to leave a deposit or rush a decision. Instead, he provided information, answered questions honestly, and let us make our own choices at our own pace. He was also fantastic with our kids, even giving them Hot Wheels cars during one of our visits, which they absolutely loved. Small gestures like that made the experience feel welcoming and family-friendly. Even after it became clear that we might end up purchasing elsewhere, Troy remained professional, helpful, and responsive. The fact that I'm writing this review despite buying another vehicle should say a lot about the quality of service we received. If you're looking for a vehicle and want to work with someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to deal with, I highly recommend Troy and the team at Bridgewater Honda.
