The customer service was fantastic. Drew Holthaus was super easy to work with even when asked the hard questions. He was super honest and the dealership took care of me. Great warranty options, good financing options. Overall great support system. This was my second purchase from Briggs, I bought a Harley from them back in 2024 and they took care of me then too. Cannot recommend them enough.

Prolly one of the best experiences with a dealership period. Usually I dread going into a lot because you end getting swarmed by the whole staff. We did not have that issue. We were blessed to get Derick, which I might add is a very well informed sales guy. Very knowledgeable on the vehicle he sold us. He was not pushy nor never lied about any numbers and such. Straight forward guy. Thanks again Derick.

Experience with salesman was pretty good, the process was quick and easy. But the problem is the financial people, they are extremely lack of communication. I purchased a car from this place last year, and pay off the car end of year so I reach out to them to cancel my GAP insurance. First visit was easy, I signed some paperwork and they said I should receive my refund in 60 days. After that I reached them at least 8-10 times cause I didn’t receive my refund, and almost every time the financial people was on something or not available. They keep saying they will call me back but they never. Finally after those many phone calls, I reached out to one financial person. And he look over my files said will email the insurance company give me an answer. Another TWO MONTHS later still nothing resolved, I called setback times again, same guy same thing— will email them and call me back. This back and forth happened 3 times, and after 6 months from I signed my cancellation agreement I still haven’t received my refund. All I can say it’s they will NOT CALL YOU BACK!!!! If they said they will call you back, don’t trust them!!

I bought a car from Briggs Speedway and had trouble with it. These guys have constantly helped me out. Today, I wasn't planning to trade in, but Derek J. Rhodes talked me through it and helped me get out of my problem car and into a better car. The financial team really helped me out and walked me through the whole process. They were both super nice and explained everything to me step by step. I can't remember the financial guy's name, but he was a cool dude, answered any questions I had, and helped me out by keeping within my budget. I appreciate all these guys have done for me, and I plan to keep coming back in the future.
