It’s rare to have an all-around wonderful experience at a car dealership. I’ve only experienced this twice, once 21 years ago in California, MO and once yesterday (4/25/25) in Manhattan, Kansas at Briggs Nissan. Big shout out to the sales manager Bill, straightforward, authentic, and professional. Glenn was our sales associate. Super friendly and easy going. Just an honest family man who enjoys what he’s doing. Tavion is the financial manager. Talk about easy!!! I’ve never gone into the finance office at a dealership and didn’t leave feeling exhausted. Tavion was straight to the point, didn’t try to push anything on us, just explained the facts, made sure we didn’t have any questions, and proceeded to process everything efficiently and pleasantly. We highly recommend this dealership! PS: we traveled 2.15 hours to this location from our home. Talking to Bill on the phone reassured me our trip was going to be worth it. And it was!
