Absolutely amazing staff all around! Incredibly nice people, HUGE SHOUT OUT to Rich A! Who I HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking for. He did not go the extra mile, he went the extra 10! Between exploring all the lots and answering all of my questions, he did not stop until I found the car which I now LOVE!!! Just bought my car (mazda cx-30) and I’m so happy with the whole experience. I really wanted it in red, and Austin helped relocate the exact one for me, which meant a lot because I was very specific about the color. The process was honestly smooth and simple. My daughter bought a car from Bright Bay, after a negative experience at another LI dealership-NOT MAZDA. I then turned to Bright Bay as her car so impressed me, in every way.
