2 days after a $12,000 purchase the vehicle had just shy of $8000 in repairs. Warranty that he provided covered $3000 so we were to come out of pocket for the other $5000, called Ron and asked him to take the vehicle back he changed the subject and kept saying I’m sorry this is happening to you as if he’s not the reason it happened. He then saved the day by sending $700 towards the $4872.66 that was due. Currently with lawyers to get our money back but I urge you DO NOT shop here. He claims he took our vehicle to Ohio with no issues but 2 days after our purchase we had to call the shop. No chance he didn’t know it was in bad shape especially with a shop in his dealership.

We Have purchased four cars from Broad Avenue in the past years and reccomend Rob. He has always been fair on trades with us and easy to talk with. I am handicapped and he even helps me in and out of the car we test drive. Very much appreciated!

Had a great experience with this dealership, the owner, Rob was able to accept my trade and get me in a car. He even owed me money after the trade!!! I got a 2007 Hyundai Sonata, had it for 2 years now and it runs like a champ. I would recommend if you are looking for a reputable dealer with low prices

Horrible no check engine light on when I pulled it off the lot but 2 days later it pops on tells me before I buy the it should pass inspection and guess what no I had to replace a line for a evap leak that they rigged up I would not go here plus I called him to let him know it won't pass and he tells me it could be a o2 censor well guess what it wasn't it was u trying to dump a car I have been trying to get this car inspected for 2 most now and I had to pay 133.oo for the fix they rigged thanks a lot!
