We recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and absolutely love it. At pickup, we were told the vehicle came with a 30-day warranty and that if the check engine light came on, we should bring it in and they would take care of it. Having purchased new vehicles from large dealerships before, I admittedly took that statement with a grain of salt. About a week after purchase, the check engine light did come on. I called Broadmoor and they told us to bring it in immediately. They ran diagnostics, identified the issue as the thermostat, and repaired it within two days—no pushback, no arguments, fully covered under the warranty. I have honestly never experienced service this straightforward, even when buying a brand-new vehicle, let alone a 10-year-old one. I was extremely impressed. On top of that, after we purchased the vehicle, the dealership informed us that they had already planned to replace all four tires. We had purchased the vehicle before the tires arrived and were prepared to replace them ourselves next year. The dealership could have easily stayed quiet about it, but instead they contacted us as soon as the tires arrived and installed them. Their honesty, integrity, and follow-through truly stood out. We will absolutely buy from them again and highly recommend Broadmoor to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership.

We purchased a truck from BMG. The sales person was easy to deal with. There was only one hiccup with the paperwork. Shortly after purchasing the truck, there were some issues that were discovered. BMG was excellent in fixing the problems and when they couldn’t squeeze it in for one, that paid for it to be fixed at our chosen garage. So far we are very impressed with the truck and the personalized service we received.

Needed to trade my truck in for a car due to driving for work. stopped by and was out the door with a great return on my truck and a nice new car within 3 hours. To the point, honest and reliable. I’d recommend these guys!

I went to BMG because I seen a few vehicles I liked.( Ford Escapes) after looking 👀 and driving a few. I went with my heart and bought the 86 Mazda truck. It only had 86000 miles on it. So I went to the bank and got the money. I told Jesse that if I found one I liked I would go to the bank and get the money and I did so took the vehicle home found the cruise did not work. There was a problem with the oil pressure sensor/gauge. I talked with Jesse she give me a beautiful loaner car and took mine in to fix. Put all new cruise control switches in truck and checked oil pressure stuff. The cruise control works wonderful, this was the best “used” car lot I’ve ever been too !! They really care that I was happy with my purchase and right now I feel like I definitely went to the right place to look for a vehicle. The whole crew was super. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and kind.
