Brockville Honda

We had a great, smooth experience purchasing our 2026 Honda Oddyssey from Brockville Honda. How we came to purchase from them was really chance. We knew exactly what we wanted to buy, having test drove the van locally and extensively having researched different makes and models. We looked around online and identified several places that were holding it on their lot. We called Honda and we were able to make a deposit over the phone. At first they seemed uncertain to take our money, but we assured them we REALLY wanted the van. We test drove it the immediate Saturday of that week after putting in the deposit. The salesman was kind, personable, and shared of their own experience. Off we went to test drive the van just to make sure nothing changed. After confirming that this was indeed the direction we were going in, we were able to make an appointment for the following Saturday, where we brought all the items they required from us to proceed. Financing was smooth, service was kind, and we even got a recommendation on where to eat as a family after picking up the van. We are glad to have met Dave and the gang at Brockville Honda, and would recommend that anyone take a gander down there to check out what they have.

I had a wonderful experience this past week at Brockville Honda! I went into my initial appointment knowing exactly what I was looking for, having done my (extensive) research. Alicia Hearth, the salesperson I worked with, was friendly and took me seriously (which is important ti me as a single woman knowing what the car industry can sometimes be like). She was professional and a total joy to work with! She took me through the features of the 2026 CR-V Sport, then we went for a test drive. I was immediately sold, so we went back and talked about financing options. No gimmicks, no hassle, I went home knowing what to budget for. I spoke to Jonah Bejjany the next day to complete my credit application. He was also incredibly friendly and professional, and at no point did I feel pressured to go for any extras, although I was clear on what was available to me.
