Do not buy any cars from this place. They assured me over the phone the mobility vehicle of interest was in good condition. Would not disclose any details about the car other than that there are no known issues. Luckily for me I hired a 3rd party inspector to come look at it. They called me back and told me that the car was the worst they've ever seen. Absolutely unsafe to drive including frame damage, airbags being deployed and there was lots of evidence that they tried to patch damage in different areas to avoid detection. As a car dealership you should be able to know how bad a vehicle has been damaged and should be transparent to the customer. I am out $170 from inspection, but I probably saved my own life by not buying from them. Buyer beware!

SCAM ALERT!!!!!! After lying about the vehicle and it being in great condition. We drove over 16 HOURS out of state (he knew this) to get there to find the vehicle non-functional still in the shop. When they allowed us to sit in the seat, we found that the drive shaft had been messed with improperly, the brakes were not functional, the 4WD not functional and after asking the mechanics about it, they acknowledged the car wasn't functional with embarrassment. We immediately left at that point but I'm sure there were more issues. The seller was nowhere to be found, hiding. The seller refuses to issue a return on our deposit to hold the vehicle until we could get there to test drive and he KNEW it wasn't functional. The most unprofessional and unethical experience we've ever had. DO NOT BUY HERE.

I read the other negative reviews here before I tried to buy a car from these scam artists and I proceeded anyway. I wish I had taken them more serious! We attempted to buy a Toyota 4Runner off of ebay that these guys had listed there. I called them before making the deposit on ebay. They lied to me about the condition of the car. I mean really really incredibly lied to me. After we made the deposit they tried to pressure me into paying the balance before I saw the car in person. I explained to them that when I was younger I raced cars professionally and was also a professionally trained mechanic. Also that I would be driving up from NC to get the car and then driving it to NV where my wife and I were moving. They assured me the car was in great shape and I'd have no problems with it. They told me the only they had done (already) was replace a cracked windshield. After I had a friend change his schedule around to drive me up to get the car Jean at the dealership asked me to reschedule because they couldn't get the windshield replaced in time! What?? A couple days later - day before we left to go get the car - Jean tells me the 4WD light on the dash is stuck on. This is not an uncommon issue and Jean gave me a discount for the parts and some of my time to fix it. No worries! We drove a total of 16hrs round trip to get this car. When I got there Jean was nowhere to be found. The car was up on the lift in the garage having brake pads put on it. As it was in the air I could see massive problems with the rear brakes as well that they had not disclosed and were not fixing. There was an exhaust pipe issue causing a leak. The car was in horrible shape. Much worse than how it looked in the photos. MUCH MUCH worse than how Jean represented it to me. When they tried to back it out of the garage for me to drive home I could hear a loud rattling coming from the transmission. They had disconnected the front differential completely to drive it to the windshield repair shop. Meaning it was actually un-drivable when I first called them. They didn't know how to put it back properly! When I got in to test few things the car got stuck in Nuetral and 4wd nuetral and would not go anywhere! The brake pedal went straight to the floor after I had pressed it many times to rebuild pressure in the system. And they still tried to sell me on it! I pulled up the hand brake and walked off. Since returning home Jean has refused to refund our $500 deposit. He added fictitious shipping information to the ebay sale and to paypal to make it look like he had delivered the car! We have managed to file a claim of sorts with ebay motors. We are in the process still (3 weeks later) of trying to get our refund back through paypal. Shame on me. I should have known better. Please do not buy a car from these guys. They are classic scam artists. They tried half of all the tricks in the book on me! I can't imagine a good experience for the buyer ever coming from doing business with these guys. I imagine the only positive reviews they have here were done by people they knew or by themselves.

Listings DO NOT reflect what this company is actually selling. BUYER BEWARE, don't waste your time. We drove all the way to see an accessible van they listed only to find it was a salvage, the doors didn't work and the van was NOT the same in the pictures that they listed online, even though the listing said "ramp and doors work good". I actually called beforehand to double check if the van was in good working order.... but when we got there it absolutely was not:( No carfax is offered as well.

We drove almost 8 hours from Southern Virginia to pick up a Van at this location. When we arrived it was apparent the van had a large amount of rust that was poorly covered in bonds and had rut rust bubbling through. I test drove the Van and all the lights on the dashboard lit up which was not advertised. It was advertised as having a 160000 miles but the odometer said 322000 miles. The owner said there was a reason for it but the story kept changing. In the 2 hours we were there he put a different odometer in that matched the original mileage which has extremely shady. Then as he was trying to operate the wheelchair lift he said it's normal for it to stop repeatedly on the way up which is not trueqhich was the last straw for me. They are very deceptive and untrustworthy and do not disclose multiple issues when advertising vehicles. Buyer beware.
