I recently was looking for a pick up didn't want a Dodge then Jessica calls.I explain the only Dodge I would consider was a Laramie and had to fit within a payment,she says I'll look if you don't mind, hung up the phone 15 minutes goes by I see a text I found one lol.it literally took about 4 photos a credit app over the phone sight unseen she sold me the truck everything I asked for and continued to make sure everything i asked for is got. The perfect person to sell me the truck with a personal touch.

‼️ WARNING ‼️ I took my ram 2500 in for an oil change and in less than a week my coolant leaked completely out of my truck from the front passenger side leaving me stranded with my children. I went in Monday morning to the dealer they claimed it was to no wrong doing of themselves and so I payed for them to fix a line that was not the issue and same day they supposedly “fixed” my truck once again my truck displayed a low coolant light and left me and my children stranded. Over $400 spent with this dealer. This is a terrible dealer a very clearly incompetent, unprofessional dealership, improper diagnostics as well as improper service performance on vehicles. Coming from a former service advisor and service manager with an automotive background this is poor customer service and poor technician education.

To be honest I hate car sales guys. Overly pushy. Trying to sell you something that you don’t want. When a problem arises they are no where to be found. Well I am no longer buying my trucks from anyone else. There is a sales guy named Andrew Devine here that was amazing. He built a truck around the specs I wanted. I changed my mind a billion times and he rebuilt the truck every time. Once we decided on exactly what I, the process begun. And of course problems arose from the truck. But what was important is how Andrew stepped up to make sure they were taking care of.
