Very dissappointed this time around. Two years ago, everything was fantastic and smooth sailing- giving them thousands of goigle views with a 5 star review. Just recently I leased another car from Brown and Wood and everything went wrong from attaining car insurance, dealing with DMV and having to return three times to the dealer to sign the paperwork, since the person was in training? Waste of my time, gas and money. On my way tommorrow to DMV to write the wrong. The only shinning light there is still Cody in auto services as he had to do an inspection on my new car which was never done. Hope they get back to the great standards they had two years ago.
Brown & Wood continues to treat me with dignity and respect every time I am there. Their Hallmark is great customer service, and quality workmanship on all fronts. Great experience!

My Husband and I came into Brown and Wood/GMC Truck sales to see what our trade ins were worth and to see what kind of deals we could get. We met Joshua he was Fantastic. Knowledegable, friendly, NOT pushy, very engaging and easy to work with.
