My experience with Brownfield Ford, LLC started out far from glamorous. For several days, I went back and forth with Jessy King trying to work through pricing on a vehicle and the value of my trade-in. Communication was extremely slow, responses often took a long time, and it felt like my deal was constantly being pushed to the bottom of the priority list. Once we finally reached numbers that appeared to work, the process became even more frustrating. Since I live over 12 hours away, I was trying to finalize financing details and discuss options for meeting halfway to complete the transaction. Getting basic financing information and payment details took an unreasonable amount of time, and communication remained poor throughout the process. The final straw came when I spoke directly with Brian Rios in finance. Instead of helping finalize the deal, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. During our conversation, Brian told me it would be a good idea to buy a vehicle from another dealership. That turned out to be the best advice I received during this entire experience. If Brownfield Ford doesn’t want to earn your business, they certainly won’t earn mine. After days of wasted time, poor communication, and unprofessional interactions, I’ll be taking Brian’s advice and purchasing from another dealership. To anyone considering doing business here: take the finance manager’s advice—buy your vehicle somewhere else.

Manager and finance were awesome as well. This is my second vehicle with Brad (1 GM and 1 Ford) in 3months and he is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Hats off to all you guys, I’ve had 2 great experiences and I won’t do business anywhere else from here on out!
