Brown's Alfa Romeo

I am very pleased to share that I have now leased my second Stelvio from Brown's. Shout out to the staff of their Service Department who were recently terrific in helping me work through a recall notice and additional maintenance. Rick, the Service Manager, Zara the Customer service Rep was a Superstar. And Derrick who first help direct me was a gentleman. Great people and great experience.

We dropped our car off for a recall issue, and it was taken care of as promised within the day. Driving in, they’ve got a sensor that reads your tire alignment, which showed our Stelvio needed an alignment, which I was already aware of. Took care of it at a reasonable price. Friendly, professional staff.

We just picked up our Lease an Alfa Romeo Stelvio. We have leased many cars , The dealer is great BUT our salesman Kyle Benson was great! He went above and beyond to make sure we were Happy with our choice. Even if it meant changing our minds with the interior color. The delivery went very smooth and NO problems at all. If you need a Jeep/Alfa Romeo ….. Kyle Benson is the guy to see at Browns…

Service righter was knowledgeable and had great attention to detail and addressed all my service recall and service needs. She even brought me to the sales department to look into a trade in and possible new lease. The sales manager and Kyle the salesperson we quickly to work up an offer and new lease options hopefully we can get closer on the numbers and make it happen

I can’t say enough great things about Brown’s Alfa Romeo and my service advisor, Fran. I brought my Alfa Romeo Giulia in for a leaking coolant hose and honestly expected the worst. In the past, when I used to take my car to Westbury Alfa Romeo, repairs like this would take weeks. I dropped my car off at 11:00 AM, fully prepared for a long wait, and to my complete surprise, Fran called me the same day around 3:00 PM to tell me the car was ready and fully fixed. What impressed me even more was that they had the part in stock, which made all the difference. The customer service was absolutely top tier. Communication was clear and professional, the repair was done properly, and they even topped off my tires. This really shows the level of care and attention they put into their work. I am extremely, extremely happy with my experience at Brown’s Alfa Romeo. I will be recommending them to anyone with an Alfa Rome, Jeep, or Dodge.
