The service department 5 out of 5 I was a driving through westlock heading north starting to have truck problems with my 3500 Cummins they had me in and right away At 3pm found the problem and give me a quote for repair they fixed it in a timely manner. Just moved to Westlock from the big city looking for that small town feel and friendliness and without exception Browns had that from start to finish. Big shout out to Pilot and Sandy for helping with my purchase and all the staff who just made the whole experience friendly, no pressure and exceptional. I even appreciated the little “digs” I got from a few of the salespeople about buying another brand of truck (used F-150) WOW! Thanks to everyone there.

Steve was so welcoming and kind. There were numerous items to repair on my truck, so after chatting with him, I spoke with Craig at Service and Andy at the desk, so a plan was made, work orders made and truck went to the shop where it was repaired as quick as possible. I booked a last-minute appointment and the shop was very busy, so I was happy they snuck me in. Naturally, I had to wait a little bit because of my last-minute booking. Tennille At the parts counter, found everything I needed, especially some much needed mud-flaps. Once everything was found, the technician was very kind and went over a few of my repairs. I would like to think all of us are always concerned about cost once our vehicle is on the hoist. Steve, the manager and Andy at the service desk were very aware and were very active at repairing items properly and at a timely fashion. After paying my bill, I realized how nice it is to have somebody with a great smile and very kind at the front desk. The young lady there was very cheerful and that is so special to see. All in all, I had a fair bit of work done due to wear and tear, so I’m back on the road. Thank you, Browns!
