Great customer service and was fast but i've only had my truck for a couple of days and i already have issues. I was unable to drive it for the first couple of days that I had it because I was out of work but once I got back into work and started driving the truck it started to get hot and the needle went into the red on the temperature gage so I had to stop driving, and when I looked somebody forgot to tighten the drain on the radiator and once pressure built up, it all came out. And I already have a chip in the new paint, and I've only had the truck for about 15 days.

Had body work done due to ice falling off house. Not only was there clear communication but the under promise and overdeliver was on point. Wasn’t supposed to be done until Friday and got a call today (tuesday) saying it was done. My car looked brand new and it looked and smelled like they cleaned the interior. Very happy with the service they provided!

I had a deep scratch on 2018 VW Tiguan mirror. I stopped in on 2/24/21 to schedule a quote. The service advisor michael came out right away looked at the mirror, took some photos and had a quote back to me in 5 minutes. The price was very reasonable and fair. I dropped my car off on Monday 03/01/21 and picked it up on 03/02/21. They washed and vacuumed my car out, plastic covers on the steering wheel and seat with a floor mat. I would absolutely recommend browns collision to anyone 10/10 Service

They are simply the best when it comes to auto damage, make them your first and only stop. When the receptionist is so attentive as to offer to change the TV channel because of violence on it while you wait with your young child, you know you are in a good business that will take care of you.
