When my old vehicle finally decided it had enough, I called several dealers in the area. I told them my requirements for the next vehicle. Brown's was the first to come through. They were even able to match the financing offer from another dealer. Im very pleased with their customer service. Rod is not your normal pushy salesman and that sealed the deal for me. Bought a Ford Edge from them. While I'm not pleased the torque converter went shortly after purchasing the vehicle (about 2 months), I had an extended warranty that covered the cost. I will definitely be looking their way for future vehicle purchases.

I drove from up from Missouri to purchase a used F250 from Browns. I spoke with Megan mainly, she was super friendly, able to able to answer any questions and take extra photos before I made the drive. Working with Grant to finalize the deal was a pleasure, it’s hard to find a dealership so upfront and honest these days! I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Browns!

Brown’s Family of Dealerships really care about you as a customer and for the community. (I accidentally posted my past review again so am posting a new one now!). I had my vehicle in the body shop and they did a very good job keeping me informed every step of the way. I know matching paint is very hard and you cannot tell where they painted the vehicle. I also want to mention that Forest and David really care about the communities that the Brown’s Family of Dealerships serve in - the 60th Anniversary celebration last Saturday was an extension of what Dave started! During that celebration they raised over $60,000 for charities in those communities with Forest and David donating some of their own private vehicles to be auctioned off as well as other donated items from the towns/businesses/people. Keep up the great work Browns! Your team members are your biggest assets and you can tell they feel appreciated.

Great Service provided by Browns Body Shop on repairing my White Chevy Tahoe after a deer hit. They helped me with every step of the process from starting with the estimate and working with my insurance company to making sure that it was repaired properly and in a timely manner to my satisfaction along with providing a loaner car so that I had transportation during the repair process. I strongly recommend Browns Body Shop in Guttenberg.

I recently purchased a 08 Ford Edge from Browbs in Guttenberg. Since that time I've had to replace the Ignition Coil ($800) & was told it will need a tire rod soon. The heat doesn't work. The CD player doesn't work. The passenger seat does not go up or back. I have purchased several vehicles from Browns in Guttenberg from the same salesman/friend. I know I bought it 'as is' but cmon!! WTH!!! It will be my last
