I must say that it took me a year to find a shop that would work on my RV and finally found Brown’s Ford in Johnstown NY. We made an appointment with them and drove the motor home 200 miles for them to look at it and tell me what it needed. Within 48 hours I received a call from Zack and he thoroughly explained to me that the engine needed to be replaced due to a bad camshaft. After I came back to my senses I agreed for them to do the work. The work was done within one week and ready to go. Overall, I was amazed at the extent of the customer service that I received. Zack kept me updated on all aspects of the process and answered all of my questions. The mechanic assigned to repair my motor home did an exceptional job and would like to extend our appreciation for his excellent work. I am pleased with the results and especially the way Zack treated me. He was very professional and helpful. If the dealership wasn’t so far away I definitely would buy a vehicle from them.

Great experience, researching with and purchasing our new vehicle through Brown's Ford. Helpful and patient with all of our questions. We were slow moving and they were 0 pressure. We were informed of rebates and offers and they even went back and completed paperwork to get one more after the sale. Great follow up too as we had some additional questions and needed help with a few new tech features we were unfamiliar with. Highly recommend them after our experience.
