Matt and the team at Browns Ford made buying a new vehicle something that I enjoyed instead of something I dreaded. They helped us by bringing multiple vehicles to their location for us to do an extended teat drive and didn’t pressure us at all to purchase. When we decided to buy from them, they made the process as painless as possible. I would (and have) recommended them to everyone I talk to. Hands down the best buying experience we have ever had.

Yesterday I traded in my car at Brown’s. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle here. I initially heard about them from a friend’s recommendation. I reviewed their website and was very satisfied with the clear images and information provided to find a variety of vehicles that peaked my interest. We were greeted immediately upon entering and staff so kindly offered refreshments. Tim was my primary contact. He was very accommodating and flexible to make the most out of my time as I am from out of state. I appreciated his patience and understanding throughout this process. He was able to provide four vehicles to shop from both new and used. Allie the Sales Manager introduced herself straight away and checked in on us multiple times throughout this process. Allie and Tim had great communication and worked very well together to get the best deal possible. Trent assisted with finalizing the paperwork to provide a smooth transition back to my home state. I appreciated his advisement regarding this portion of the process. Didn't have a great experience here trying to buy a used vehicle. I personally recommend you get a mechanic to look at any used vehicles sold as is. They were trying to charge us fair market price for a vehicle with SEVERE damage, as if it were not damaged. We will not be coming back here again. Be careful here!

Todd and Joe in service are excellent together. Constantly keeping the customer informed and willing to do whatever is neccessary to get the job done. I traveled an hour out to have my Ram 2500 6.7 fixed. I was having some emission problems with constant regens. I brought 14 pages of documented regens with graphs showing the soot levels based on mileage. The truck was regening every 50 miles or less. There technician found the wrong tune file was done when the cp4 recall happened by another dealership. Also the DPF had failed too. Browns made sure I had a loaner car and made sure to get parts overnighted. They went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done correctly and up to my standards. They made sure I was able to talk with the technician and explain the trouble shooting I had done before venturing out saving them time. Once again I can not say enough good things about the service department. I've referred a dozen people from the quad cities and everyone that has made the trip out has the same thing to say. "We are glad we did not go to Kimberly. Browns was well worth the drive." Thank you Todd & Joe for the excellent service.
