Jeremiah was the best salesman ever! I walked into the Nissan dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, and the entire process was smooth and fast. The team was amazing, and I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove out the same day with the vehicle I came to purchase. Went to a few dealerships to test an electric vehicle. When I first walked in the door, they must have thought it was an easy sell as I’m a youthful looking woman. When I didn’t easily share details, they had another (likely more experienced) person assist me. I told them I’ve been to a few dealerships to find the best deal and they tried to sell me a vehicle at a higher price. They’re skilled sales people. Other places were kinder and easier to speak with. Ended up getting the same vehicle somewhere else. Ladies, please do your research and have a male (husband, father, brother) go with you when you’re ready to purchase. I intentionally had my husband come with me during my second visit (purchase day) at another dealership as unfortunately, there’s still bias when it comes to women and cars these days.

The team at Bruce Bennett made my recent car purchase a pleasant experience. Right off the bat, I appreciated the low-volume, good music playing on their sound system. Some dealers assault your ears with loud club music or news broadcasts; not good for car shopping if you ask me. The sales team answered all my questions and worked with me on the car I wanted. They never tried to upsell me or convince me to consider different models. I had to call the dealership a few times in the weeks following the purchase, and the staff was polite and efficient. I had one concern once all my loan paperwork arrived and that was handled with honesty as well. Bruce Bennett has earned my business.
