I recently bought a second hand VW Taos from the team in Digby. I grew up in the Sixties at a time when the reputations of car salesmen was not the best. Boy have things changed. From test drive to parking my new to me vehicle at home took less than 4 hours with highly knowledgeable and professional advice from each member of the team. Paperwork processed efficiently, fulsome information and helpful customer service. Highly recommend.

I like the service and staff are usually great. I bought a new Buick two weeks ago. I ordered winter tires… I am still waiting for my car. Where did the tires go?! No follow up call or contact. Is this business going out of business? It feels like it.

Jon was great to work with. He was attentive, and patient with the hundreds of questions we had. He was quick to respond with answers he already new, or ones he had to research. He also went above what we thought a sales associates duties were. Jon is very friendly and puts a personal touch on the vehicle purchasing process. Praise goes to Shane as well. Broke down & needed a fast repair as we had a 25 hour drive to get home. Technician 906 was phenomenal, got the part we needed, and charged us an amazing price for a speedy service. Glad to be up and running, and be able to make it back home. No where else would take us in for 2 weeks, and we would have been stuck in the province for a couple weeks had it not been for Bruce GM.
