Bruce Chevrolet Buick GMC - Middleton

I purchased a 2026 Sierra AT4 last fall. The very next day a large warning came up "SERVICE BRAKE ASSIST". After contacting the service department they could fit it in for repair quickly but I would need to rent a vehicle from them until truck was fixed. I said no problem, I will take it to another dealer before I pay for a rental. Later the service manager called and assured me a vehicle would be provided at no cost. Since the brakes seem to be fine we both felt this was not a hazardous situation so I left it until the 1st oil change. I booked the appointment last week for the oil change and brake warning at the Middleton service centre. This warning comes on every time you start the vehicle in big bold letters and stays on. When I booked the attendant again assured me a vehicle would be available at no cost. However upon dropping the truck I was advised I would need to find my own transportation as they would no longer honor their word. I waited for the oil change and within the hour the truck was returned with the BRAKE WARNING LIGHT still lighting up the display. The truck works great, Lantz the sales rep was great, but the management in my opinion does not understand that the best customer is typically a returning customer!

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, went above and beyond make sure everything was in good working condition before I drove away. The salesman, Dawson, was professional, friendly, and never pushy. The finance manager, Nick, took the time to answer all my questions regarding payment and came up with a plan that fit my needs and budget. The process was smooth and transparent, and I truly felt valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Overall a great experience buying my first car 😊

Good place to purchase a new, or used vehicle. My wife and I purchased a new 2026 Chev Silverado 1500 High Country , (not American built), last week. Our Product Ambassador Dawson Longmire worked diligently to ensure our needs were met especially when I was looking for tonneau covers, etc and I did not want American built products. He found Canadian built for me.

I would avoid this dealership at all costs. The sales team were great but the service department has given me the run around for months. Never follow up when they say they will, send out wrong parts or don’t send them at all. I never hear back unless I constantly call. It’s not worth the risk using this location.
