I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bruce Hyundai and their service department. I brought my vehicle in to have my winter tires replaced with summer tires on the same rims, and the work was done very poorly. When I got my vehicle back, my rims had multiple scratches that were not there before. What makes this even more frustrating is how the situation was handled afterward. I booked an appointment to have the issue addressed, expecting a proper solution. Instead, I was told to come back again next week after already waiting nearly a month for them to resolve a problem they created. At this point, it feels like they are just wasting my time rather than taking responsibility for the damage. The customer service was terrible, and the staff were unprofessional throughout the entire process. The mechanics showed a lack of care and attention when working on my vehicle, and the dealership has failed to stand behind their work. When customers trust a dealership with their vehicle, they expect quality workmanship and accountability when mistakes happen. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. I would not recommend Bruce Hyundai to anyone looking for reliable service. Poor workmanship, damaged rims, unprofessional staff, and a complete lack of urgency in resolving customer concerns have made this one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

She explained the payments and approval clearly. Everything was done quickly and professionally. She was very organized and easy to speak with.
