Bruce - Jeep

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from them yesterday, It's the 2022 Hyndai Venue Essential, and the whole experience was awesome. First time purchasing online, it was a bit scary, but they made us feel confident in doing so. The whole experience was so smooth, and fast, we hadn't even seen the car in person until they delivered it today from NS to NB, a 6 hour drive here and then they had to drive back another 6 hours ☺️ Now that's service 😉 We got an awesome deal and we are so happy with our purchase, it was exactly what we wanted.

I just bought a used Honda Ridgeline from Shawn and his team. They made the process very easy even with me living in Halifax. Any and all issues dealing with the vehicle were handled very quick. I recently purchased a used 2019 Grand Caravan. It was advertised as having an entertainment system - which was the main driver behind our decision to purchase it. Fast forward a couple weeks, once we finally track down some DVDs to use it - it doesn’t work. When mentioned to them I was just given a song and dance about “oh well it’s already been a while, we aren’t going to fix it too bad” Also it was sold to me with a new MVI inspection sticker on it, and surprise it should have failed the inspection (Broken seat belt buckle). To their credit they did fix the issue, But the fact that it was missed initially, makes me very suspect of anything else that was “missed” or “glossed over”. I was also told it was “fully detailed” when we picked it up. It still had the previous owners insurance papers sitting in the console, evaporated drink slime in the cup holders, and what looks like coffee spilt on stuff.
