BE WARNED THIS PLACE DOES THE BARE MINIMUM SERVICE ON USED BEFORE THEY HIT THE LOT. They WILL NOT help you and will simply cite “it passed inspection”. Inspector is their employee. Bought a truck here October 21st and I can’t recommend this dealer. The tires on the truck are very worn. They’re also cheap off brand. I mentioned several times seeing if they would put new tires on. I was told they don’t replace the tires if they pass inspection. All 4 tires measure 3/32 which is the state MINIMUM. That’s fine, whatever. Figured I can get through 6 months or so with them. What I didn’t expect was to find a plug in the front drivers side tire, in the sidewall where nobody will even repair it. I can’t drive on this, certainly not pulling a travel trailer with my family in the vehicle. It isn’t safe. They knew I’d be pulling a trailer with my kids in the truck and still didn’t care. I traded a clean 2016 F150 and was extremely upfront about condition and all maintenance done to it, took a lowball offer of 12K (which they then listed for almost 19K) because they seemed like other than the tires, they were being honest about the inspection done on the truck. Feel free to negotiate with those numbers if you’re looking at it! What’s worse, is they agreed to replace the tire pressure monitor sensors because all 4 weren’t working. How did they not see a plug in a sidewall? I guess anything will pass a state inspection when the inspector works for you. Just please don’t trust these people. They do not care about you or your safety.

Great buying experience. I was buying from out of town and Horacio went above and beyond making sure I had all the pictures and info needed to make me feel comfortable with the purchase. Terrible ethics at this dealership I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. They do not care at all about you or practicing ethical business one bit. We worked a deal out of state from TN to purchase a vehicle. Not just a verbal agreement either. My husband offered to send the deposit, and we had buyers orders in hand. Friday an epic snowstorm was hitting, so Sedon our sales rep informed us they would not accept our deposit unless we were picking up the vehicle within 3 days. We asked them to make an exception since the only hold up was the fact that snowstorm 26' was hitting. Sedon ASSURED us on Friday that with the storm coming it wouldn't sell over the weekend, not to worry. My husband bought a plane ticket for this week, and we think we have purchased a vehicle. We are still snowed/iced in our home in TN and recieved a lowsey text message from Sedon stating the vehicle had been sold to another dealership. We are just absolutely blown away. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. The lack of professionalism is appalling. I get it, you don't care if I'm not standing there with a handful of cash. Other customers will care, and the karma that you put into this world matters. I hope you all have the day you deserve.
