This morning my truck wouldn't start. This happened a couple of months back. At that time I went to an auto parts store and they told me the battery had a bad cell. Called Bruner and they told me the battery was still under 100% warranty, so the cost would be only 48 bucks labor to replace it. Made an appointment with Bruner service department. Showed up a little bit early. Took over an hour and half to get the job done. When I went to pay they wanted 78 bucks. I said I had been quoted 48 bucks on the phone. The service guy conferred with other people and after some time they came back with a 56 dollar cost, which I paid. So this morning when my truck wouldn't start again I went down to my auto parts store. They told me that this almost new battery was bad. I have had several bad experiences with Bruner, so we didn't even have a conversation this time. Left the house at 7:30. Auto part store guy tested the battery and declared it bad. He replaced it and I was back home 8:15 with a new battery.

Great place! Everyone was great from the people at the front, the shuttle and Bruner himself. My car got diagnosed and fixed in the matter of 2 days and they were incredible about communicating with me about everything going on. They even went the extra mile and kept my dad in the loop. My car is now working great, definitely recommend!
