In a world of loud car dealerships, Brunswick Auto Mart Mazda is a quiet oasis. Their showroom is not chaotic. Their employees are kind and helpful. They are not pushy. They worked hard to put us in the exact car that we wanted, even though it was not easy to come by. Even the finance process with Bryan was so pleasant. We did not feel like we sat there and got hammered to buy all kinds of add-ons. Rather, an option was presented that suited our needs just perfectly. There was not any pressure to move forward with it, but it solved our need and made sense for us. Our sales rep Dominik was relatively new and he was working so hard to get everything right. He was a good, honest, personable young man and it was a great experience working with him and seeing the others in the dealership help him through with nuances of paperwork, etc. Mazda at Brunswick Auto Mall has great cars, and kind people delivering solid business deals and solutions, highly recommend!!

I had an outstanding experience at the Jeep service center! I came in for a quick oil change and tire rotation, and Jennifer went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule immediately. While my car was being serviced, Aiden kindly drove me in the shuttle to a nearby salon so I could get a pedicure. He was incredibly friendly and professional. To my surprise, the service was completed even ahead of schedule, and the shuttle promptly picked me up. After experiencing terrible service at other dealership service centers, I am so relieved and grateful for the exceptional care I received today!

I visited Brunswick Auto Mart for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. While they completed the oil change and tire rotation, they couldn’t perform the alignment because their machine couldn't accommodate the width of my truck, which is understandable( is this even true because the intake person forgot to add this request). However, when I got home, I checked the digital oil level, and it still reads 45%. I called the service department three times, hoping to speak with my advisor, but I was unable to reach anyone. I left a voicemail seeking clarification and reassurance that my oil change was indeed completed, still yet to recieve a call back so.much for VIP treatment. Yes I can reset it my self but begs to ask was the service even performed.

I finally found the best service at Brunswick Auto Mart, specifically with Courtney Howe at Brunswick Subaru! She did such an amazing job helping me find my first car! She took me through every step and made it look easy! I would 100% recommend Brunswick Auto Mart and Courtney to anyone needing good, trustworthy customer service. This is how car buying should be.
