Great experience from start to finish. I recently leased a new vehicle, and Brett was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the car, answered all of my questions, and made everything easy and stress-free. Brett never pushed me or made it seem like all he cared about was the sale. I recently leased a Mazda CX 70 Premium Plus from Brunswick Mazda and had a great experience from start to finish. I was referred to Devin Rupert, the Service Manager, who connected me with Brett Kobak, my sales consultant. Brett was professional, knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire process. Everything was clear and straightforward, and I knew exactly where I would be on pricing and monthly payment before ever stepping into the dealership. I have worked with other Mazda dealerships in the area and have not been pleased with their level of service. Brunswick Mazda, on the other hand, left me wanting for nothing. Once I test drove the CX 70, the decision was easy. I am looking forward to seeing Devin during my service visits and would gladly work with Brett again when it is time for my next vehicle. I highly recommend Brunswick Mazda.

BEWARE! The service department here is morally bankrupt. My son brought his 2019 Mazda3 with 45k miles on it for an oil and filter change and tire rotation recently ($90 with coupon). While waiting they told him he needed a coolant flush for $200. The maintenance guide says that service isn't needed until the 10 year or 120k mile mark. MONEY GRAB SCAM. They told him he needed new rear brakes for $654 despite having 6mm of brake pad left on each side. I took it to an independent shop where they confirmed he has at least another year/10-20k miles of life left on those brakes and that they're in perfect working order. MONEY GRAB SCAM. They told him he needed new spark plugs for $330. The maintenance guide says those don't need to be replaced until 10 years or 75k miles. Four brand new OEM quality spark plugs cost $22 and take 10 minutes to replace. MONEY GRAB SCAM. Had my son not known better, this place would have rung him up for nearly $1,200 in completely unnecessary work. Needless to say, he won't be back. I'd recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I had the pleasure of buying a car from Eric E. here at Brunswick Mazda. If I could give more than 5/5 stars, I absolutely would. Eric was fantastic and made the whole car buying process a breeze. We initially spoke on the phone about a vehicle he had that I was interested in. I gave him the price I was looking to be at out the door and he was able to secure this price for me with absolutely no trouble. There was no haggling back and forth, no up selling, nothing but a smooth and clean business deal. I drove 2.5 hours the following day to sign paperwork and take delivery of the car. Eric had the all weather floor mats installed, the car spotless, and the gas tank full for me upon my arrival. Finance was painless, they asked me if I was interested in any of the additional add-ons, I said no, and that was the end of it. No back and forth on why it's important, no pressure, just to the point and understanding not interested means not interested. Eric ran me through every single tip and trick of my new car, helped me get everything set up with my phone, and let me know if I had any questions or concerns to reach out and he'd have me squared away. Overall, I couldn't recommend this dealership and Eric more. If you need a vehicle (especially one as good as a Mazda), come here and ask for Eric. You won't regret it a single bit.

Joel Cruz was great to work with. He got me a great deal on my trade in and went out of his way to find me the spec I wanted on my 2026 cx5. Props to Ryan for helping out with the tech set up as well. Look forward to working with them again.
