Stay far away from this place for any sort of service needed for your vehicle. You can bring you car in for a simple oil change or tire rotation and they will upsell you for all these other line items and not be transparent on pricing. It’s obviously how they operate to get individuals on their ignorance when it comes to vehicles. They will state generalities like it’s “unsafe” to operate if this extra service is not done. Disappointing they have to operate like this to make extra money but hopefully more people will become aware of it and they will lose business for these practices. We have bought vehicles and had service done there but unfortunately it was the last. Found a local mechanic who is reputable and is half the cost on all services that have been quoted for us at Brunswick Toyota.

My husband and I enjoyed our service when we were looking to buy a truck here. However, I tried to get my Highlander serviced here for a regular oil change and had THE WORST service. Due to being a new customer, the receptionist said she had to have service call me back and wouldn’t take any other information to get me scheduled. A week passes, no call. I called and tried to get something scheduled again and the receptionist was beyond rude saying they would need to call me and get me scheduled. I explained that they took my number last week and no one ever called me. She snapped back that they are short staffed and will eventually get back to me. Well, it’s been a month with still no call back. I called the Brookpark Toyota the second time I attempted to schedule with Brunswick and long behold, the receptionist was beyond pleasant and got me scheduled THAT DAY. Clearly Brunswick Toyota doesn’t want new customers. I even told my husband who bought his truck here that we should have him go to a different location. I will not be coming back here.

Joe Gonzalez, a sales person at Brunswick Toyota, is one of the best sales members I have ever encountered, at any dealership. Joe went above and beyond my expectations to find the right vehicle for me. He never gave up, while always remaining courteous and incredibly supportive. Teri Mateo, the Sales Manager is an outstanding member of this sales team as she was able to completely remedy a very personal complication. Fantastic care, COMPASSION and expertise is what I received when working with Brunswick Toyota. I highly recommend this Dealership.

My service agent Amy did an excellent job handling the warranty repair on my RAV4. She was very fast handling all the paperwork, was pro-active in calling me with updates on the repair, and arranged for rides to and from my house (I forget the young man's name who drove me home, but the guy who picked me up was Frank, they were both a pleasure to talk to and very professional). Would highly recommended Brunswick Toyota's service department for any repair work you might need. I get my oil changes here as well, they do a great job with that.
