Ted was excellent. Far from the normal pushy sales person. He was very willing to accomodate our needs and our request through the purchasing process. At no point was there any tension or unease while settling our deal. Mike was also very helpful when setting up the financing and signing our documents. Everyone was friendly, kind, and considerate. By far the best experience I have ever had while shopping for a vehicle. Ill be back here next time we are ready for a new vehicle.

Will never be coming back to this dealership. Took my car in for a valve replacement. Before they even called me to tell me it was in fact the valve I received a text from them saying “ our manager is looking for a car just like yours, would you be interested in a buy out/trade offer” which is weird right? Like a normal hey would you be interested in a trade in is fine, but saying my manager is looking for your car is never a good start. So I ignored it. Get my car back, next morning check engine light is back on. I call them and go right back. I walk in they check the code. After waiting for 15 minutes the guy (his name is boyden? boylden?) in the weirdest fashion signals for us to get up and come to him. Like a come here motion with his hand being all quiet. Not a normal “ So hey guys here’s what’s going on with it “ Tells my father and I that I may need an entire new cylinder head for 5.2k. When asked why it wasn’t on the receipt from when I picked it up for future work he lies and says he told me on the phone when he called to get the go ahead to replace and buy the valve. Which was entirely bs. No apologies no nothing. We left. I have a feeling either him or someone else there just wanted to piss me off enough to trade in my car or sell it to them so their manager could have it. Props to the service manager though. After calling him, he gave us a total refund for everything after the fact. All in all my car just needed a carbon cleaning which is far less than the cost of an ENTIER NEW CYLINDER HEAD. Outside the service manager who refunded us. The rest of the folks inside the service dept I interacted with felt slimy and not trustworthy. 0/10

Best dealership I’ve ever worked with! Scott and Ravi were great - not pushy and very respectful. The customer service altogether is outstanding. The turnaround time was quicker than I’ve ever experienced. Bill (at Subaru) made the process seamless as we completed the paperwork and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and experince. All around the best dealership, hands down. I’ll be returning for business when the time comes again and will most definitely be recommending them to others!

Steve Stropko offered amazing customer service and really took time to listen & understand what I was looking for. He helped me make a great decision on a vehicle. Wonderful experience and I am so happy with my purchase!

Ravi was great to work with, quick easy transaction (purchase with trade); financing was easy but I wish the financing paperwork had been more thoroughly explained.
