We didn't feel pressured or rushed at any point, which immediately put us at ease. The staff genuinely listened to our needs and budget, making sure all our questions were answered thoroughly. The entire process, from test driving the vehicle we liked to the final paperwork, was quick, clear, and painless. The pricing was transparent, with no last-minute surprises or "games". It truly felt more like working with an old friend than a salesperson, which made the whole transaction so easy and enjoyable. Clay did a great job communicating and working through the car buying process. I love the Ram 1500 I got here and couldn't be more satisfied with the truck or service.

Do not go to Clay, he will rip you off! He will lie to you. We went looking for a under $10,000 and we were very thorough with what we were looking for as far as price. He told us which car(s) were within our price range so we picked out the 2014 Kia Forte’ which he said was $9,600 & that it came with a warranty. We put $1,500 down but then when we left we left being financed for the amount of almost $12,000!!! He forged our signatures on the consent to electronically sign and he charged us for 2 warranties and a $1,200 contract fee! This is ridiculous and i will NEVER go to this place ever again and i’d advice you not to as well plus he told me if i would just be quiet he would answer my questions…. After asking him 1 question and him ignoring me as if he didn’t hear me so i repeated it thats when he said that. Of course this was when my husband was not there with me. I should’ve knew right then to go sonewhere else!

We got an excellent car, for an excellent price, no hassle and great customer service. I couldn't recommend Bryant Auto Sales highly enough!
