I sent my adult son to get my oil changed for me. They told him they were unable to change my oil because the last place who changed my oil messed up. “ Tech noted vehicle was soaked underneath in oil when vehicle was raised into the air. There is damage to the plastic drain plug and filter is also leaking. Customer was advised to return to previous shop to perform oil change and correct issue. Vehicle will need a new drain plug and filter and a degrease of underneath.” They were the last ones to change my oil. When my fiancé went back there and told them they were the ones who messed up, they said they didn’t have the cap or filter to change my oil. So essentially, they have been changing my oil and are unequipped to do so and instead of telling me this they have continued to change my oil incorrectly. And they left their greasy hand prints all over my hood. Me and my family will not be utilizing them any further. These are the photos they sent me.

Overall a good experience. Justin is knowledgeable about vehicles. He took the time to answer questions about the new to me jeep. Prices are kinda high for used vehicles but I guess that's kinda everywhere these days.

Well, I need to start by saying, Justin's sharing his experience with trucks truely made selecting a truck easy. I was never felt rushed and the negotiation of my trade in was no-nonsense. The ride was smooth and quiet and the Ram 1500 has all the towing capacity that we need. We have the truck scheduled for rust protection even though it may not need it. Well designed wheel shroud and under carriage materials. Truck bed came with sprayed on coating, tie down rails and tail gate step. All a must have for me. The total experience from selection to finance was stress free. Thanks
