Extremely disappointing experience with Buchanan Auto Sales. A disabled U.S. Army veteran who served our country in Operation Iraqi Freedom purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and the car broke down the very next day. After inspection, the necessary repairs are estimated at nearly $3,000. When this was brought to the dealership’s attention, they have refused to offer any meaningful assistance or take responsibility for the situation. Businesses that sell vehicles should stand behind what they sell, especially when a major mechanical failure happens immediately after purchase. It is especially troubling to see this happen to someone who served our country and is now left dealing with thousands of dollars in repairs just one day after buying the vehicle. Buyers should proceed with caution.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! They will sell you a vehicle that breaks down and then they hide from. My friend bought a red jeep from them, the salesman said its a good jeep, I drove it myself for weeks while his own vehicle was in the shop. The whole rear-end was totally shot, and my friend has left many messages and they won't answer or call back. I'd like the owner to let me know when we can come up there and get that check bud.
