I had an amazing experience working with Bradley at Buck Chevrolet this past Tuesday. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was patient, honest, and truly took the time to understand my situation and work with me instead of treating me like just another sale. If it weren’t for Bradley and the team at Buck Chevrolet being so willing to work with me, I wouldn’t have been able to get into a car at all. He made what could have been a very stressful experience feel easy and positive, and I’m incredibly grateful for his help. Sales person was amazing I feel! Outside of that we were sold a Van with two lower control arms that need replaced and being told the transmission is bad as well and it’s a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with only 103,000 miles on it. So I’m not happy at all and it’s only been about a month …

Bradley helped me choose the best car for me financially and answered all of my questions about the vehicles in the lot. Going into this process I don’t know much about cars and having him there to clear up any info for me was great.

My son found a used truck there. Took it for a drive and was ready to negotiate. I was with him that day. After waiting awhile to talk numbers, the salesperson came back with a payment? I asked what the terms were? Interest rate? Price of truck? Wth? I made him an offer. Oh no, that would have to go to the manager. Well, get the manager. Of course he was 30 feet away on that elevated "stage" they have right in the showroom. You've seen them, the ones where there is always 2 or 3 people sitting and standing putting on a show with the dry erase board behind them with numbers scribbled all over. Thise are there to male it look like they have it going on. To create excitement. Whatever. 45 minutes, 45!, later, in comes the "manager" with an attitude like I'm wasting his time. I made an offer and was told, nope, that's the price. Also, at least at that time you could only finance through them. Ok, I'm ready to leave. Now! My son persisted. They had a brilliant idea, bi-weekly payments. Works wonders on a home purchases, but you pay those off early because of the interest. I told my son their payments were the same with that offer, but look at it this way, at least the way they were selling it. Your payment is exactly half of the monthly payment, but you would pay 26 payments, not 24. I wonder how many people fell for that! About 2 hours of my life I'll never get back! Terrible experience.
