Excellent communication and work by salesman Coleton Shahan. One of my best experiences at a dealer by far, he made purchasing a car out of state very easy. After getting tired of shady local dealers, I reached out to Buckhannon and had a deal made by the end of that same day. Their service was so great, the 3hr drive to get the car felt like a no-brainer. Happy to spend my money at a business that values their customers' time. Called ahead and negotiated a deal with salesman Garrett Cole. He was knowledgeable and very prompt with negotiations and helping me get what I wanted. Made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Once I got there, he met me straight away and we got everything started and completed. The finance manager, Zack, was also very kind and explained everything well. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back when it's that time again. Highly recommend

We had a great experience with Buckhannon Toyota. We called around multiple places and Nathen was only sales person in our search who wanted our business and to come to Buckhannon Toyato with calling us back, being informative and kept us in the loop the whole process as far as when our car would arrive, be delivered and processes in between! Trade was a great deal, smooth process! Zack in finance is super nice as well! We hope we can continue a 5 star rating if any issues arise and once we will need maintenances on the vehicle.
