Great experience from beginning to end and awesome service received by Alexy Demers and Gabriel Whalen. They actually take the time to listen to you and explain every step. Purchased my vehicle yesterday and picked it up today, very impressed, and I have to say, the bow at the vehicle delivery is a really nice touch :) Highly recommend this dealership! Hope the after sale service is just as great.

I wanted an EV that would pull a small trailer and allow us good range for multi-week camping trips across Canada -  as well as being a good round town kind of car.  The EV that Mathieu showed us was perfect for that.   We were very impressed with it and he was excellent in providing information today and responding to all my inquiries these past few weeks.  The test drive and charging session were super helpful.  All our questions were answered impeccably.

They’re polite and all but they never communicate what’s happening which is pretty frustrating. A certain salesman said he’d call in a day or two to follow up. Never did. Someone else called to setup the delivery date. Wasn’t sure it was set in stone, called salesman multiple times and left voicemail to confirm or possibly change date. Doesn’t return call till I’m getting ready to make the long drive to go and make payment and delivery which I confirmed by calling and asking to speak with someone other then my salesman. He called to tell me delivery was not possible. Said he’d talk to service and get back to me “right away" a week goes by, I called and left a voicemail. I had to call and ask to speak with someone else again to get an update with what’s happening. I get a call saying the truck is ready a few days later. Show up sign the papers and they say won’t give me ownership because they can’t tell the bank draft is real. I was specifically told this was one of 2 options to pay. It was after hours, they said they’d cash it first thing the following morning and then email the ownership for the new truck.. we do banking with the same bank. No email or phone call about payment happened 2 days of after it was Xmas. Then the following week I go to RBC and confirm the funds have been deposited into their account.. I call and again I have to leave a voicemail. I left and decided to call back and ask for anyone to help with giving me the ownership that was already readied for the delivery from the week prior and I would drive 1.5 hrs to get it so I can finally get this deal done and over with.. transferred to someone and now waiting for a call back.. all of this I’ll feeling could be avoided with communication. Simple phone calls when said they would happen is all that was needed or a returned call. They are polite and all like I’ve said before. Will to offer coffee and warming the vehicle up before getting there but I feel they focus on the frills and not the basic skills for transactions. Majority of experience has been frustrating and unenjoyable.

We are off to a good start with an excellent sales and accounting service from Alexy Demers. Not to take away anything from this great sales team who answered all our annoying questions and tweaked and retweaked that sale until we got what we wanted, the after sale part is where it happens. And this is where our experience differed with other dealerships. All issues we brought forward at the service department were well received without the feeling of bothering them. They fixed a few TSB's that caused us issues and delivered our cars cleaned and perfect. Other services are to come. I hope this experience continues and if so, as long as GM has great products, we may repeat the experience in a few years.
