A dealer bought a truck from this dealer for me cause it had the larger axle ratio they sent pic and mentioned the dent in tail gate only and I was told that it was well maintained cause was a demo or something I didn't know what that meant so I took there word for it turns out it apperently means a dealer employee kicked the crap out of it and did modifications like bigger exhaust tips but it turns out one exhaust tip is missing there are mutiple small dents among the body odd light and usb charger port not working multiple clips around wheel well missing wheel well lining ripped cab has cigarette burns in it already having mechanical issues ball joint battery/altenater tires were just passive for safety apperently rock chips in wide shield somesort of damage under door starting to rust dent in front bumper food left in truck and lots more if this is how this dealer transfers there employees vehicles to other dealers I would approach this business with caution yes I'm in talks with the dealer that bought it and how it was delivered this way for market price

Took my Genesis G80 2020 to have my starter replace on an extended waranty back in the July 2025. The job was done after a little more than a week. 1 week later while heading to the cottage I had to stop on the side of the road due to the motor overheating. Long storie short a radiator hose was removed while installing the new started but was never re-installed properly witch caused prestone to leak. Situation was reported to dealer with photos of improperly installed hose. I was out $200.00 after finally finding out what had cause the motor to overheat. Service center aware and acknowledged the mechanic was at fault but nothing was ever done to compensate for my out of pocket money. Lots of E-mail and phone calls seldom returned with young lady from service center. I gave up trying by the end of October to get the situation resolved.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! ADVERTISED A V8…. RECEIVED A V6 Terrible customer service experience. Didn’t care to listen to our complaint. Couldn’t even call me back regarding the situation. Didn’t want to make things right. Truck had SO many issues. Took full advantage of me being a female who isn’t mechanically inclined… Do NOT give these guys your money.
