Unprofessional and ghosted after they failed to deliver. Still waiting for my deposit. **Rating:** ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of professionalism and basic communication at Buckingham Toyota. I pre-ordered a vehicle and placed a $250 deposit in good faith. The vehicle never arrived... Was also told 3-6 months for my vehicule to be delivered but found out I was lied to and the vehicle takes between 12-18 months truely by another Toyota dealership (Toyota 4runner ORP in Underground colour) Because my current car vehicle was at the end of its life and I could no longer wait, the lack of delivery forced me into a position where I had to lease a different vehicle elsewhere just to have reliable transportation. I requested my $250 deposit back in early-mid April 2026, was told by my sales rep that it would be taken care of that day. After hearing nothing and not receiving a check in the mail after >3 weeks, I followed up with a direct message to the manager in early May. It has now been weeks, and I have yet to receive my refund, a reply, or even a basic confirmation that a check has been processed and sent. It is completely unacceptable to hold a customer's money hostage after failing to deliver the promised vehicle—and even worse to completely ignore direct inquiries about it. I expect someone from management to contact me immediately to resolve this and return my deposit. Potential buyers beware: once they have your deposit, customer service completely disappears. Edit. 06-05-2026 I finally received my refund check by mail after close to 7 weeks. I did, like mentionned above, have to call multiple times, but after being very patient and mentionning I would unfortunately have to escalate to Toyota Canada, it seems like everything finally moved smoothly from there... Could be due to communication error between departments but this was still a pour experience. Best luck to this dealership...

Ask for Georges. He's been very transparent, very direct, straight to the point, good comments and good examples were given. Friendly, professional. Worth taking some time and getting an appointment with him. We've showed up unannounced and in a rush but he was very accommodating and followed through after I left.

Recently I bought a used car from this dealership, and the experience was much more pleasant than what I expected! Jonathan was incredibly helpful in showing me the available cars and guiding me to choose the one best suited to my needs. And everything went well during the purchase. Then Klara helped regarding the paperwork to ensure everything is correct. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality car and a hassle-free buying experience!

I placed a deposit to reserve a used vehicle, planning to return with my partner for a test drive and buy if it met our expectations. Despite this, the car was sold before we came back. Getting my deposit back required multiple visits. Customer care clearly isn’t a priority, and profit comes first. Kevin, my salesperson, was friendly and helpful, but his manager’s decision to sell the car anyway made the experience extremely disappointing.

Recently made the switch to Toyota and I do not regret it one bit thanks to Buckingham Toyota. Their sale, finance, service department, everything is wonderful. You don’t just feel like a client, they make you feel and treat you like family. Special mention to Georges Bourizk. This is my second time doing business with him and he’s the absolute best. He’s honest, reliable and will take all the time you need to answer your questions and his knowledge of the vehicles is beyond impressive
