What an amazing experience. Tony did a great job helping us find the right vehicle for us, was very friendly, and made us feel not rushed whatsoever. The sales team and did a great job helping get to the number we were looking for.

Showed up to lot to purchase picked out vehicle. Already had the vehicle quote from the lot for purchase amount. Had a bank pre approval letter to purchase vehicle from our credit union. Got to the lot they took our info all over again. I asked are you running our credit again. No this is just for comparison to maKe sure everthing lines up with the banks info for fraud purposes. Witch was a lie they ran credit check again. That didn't need to happen. Don't need dishonesty, so you can try beat the rate. Witch didnt happen.

The detailed inspection was great however It took 1 hr 45 min for an oil change. I had no other service done just a simple oil change. I usually do not complain, but again the wait time was insane. Keep in mind I had scheduled the service. The detailed inspections is part of the service. Which is great.. They record the inspection making sure everything is in good shape but it took far too long in my opinion…

Esgar our service person was great. He was attentive and communicated very well our options, etc. The wait time was reasonable and what he estimated. The Clary service plan seems to be a reasonable deal with three pre-paid oil changes, tire rotation and a few other checks. The courtesy shuttle is helpful too. The 5 stars are mainly due to our service person Esgar. In general, I have had the service department only answer their phone once in the last couple years, with never a voice mail call back. The one answered service department call was by Elisabeth. Also, I know it’s a dealership, but the service prices are high, but I feel they are the best bet with their equipment and trained mechanics, with today’s auto technology. Thanks.

Customer service and communication was far below my standard. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am on Monday and my scheduled service appointment was at 8:15am on Monday. They were supposed to diagnose a blinker issue. Around 2pm on Monday I called to get an update. I was told they didn’t have time to look at my vehicle because they only had one tech for diesel engines. This was somewhat understandable so I waited. I continued to wait for a call back that day but nobody ever called. The next day (Tuesday) at around 11am I called to get an update on my vehicle. Nobody answered so I opted to receive an update via text. I got the system generated text but never received a real update. I finally called again at around 5pm on Tuesday. I was told again that they hadn’t looked at my vehicle because they only had one tech. By this time it’s been 2x full days and they haven’t looked at my vehicle. This was for a scheduled appointment so this was totally unacceptable to me. I’m sorry, but if you don’t have the techs then don’t schedule the work. The biggest issue for me was no communication. They didn’t reach out to me once to let me know what was going on. Communication goes a long ways. With communication I probably would have waited longer. I decided to go pick up my vehicle and take it to another dealer. I suggest everyone else do the same thing unless you have a bunch of free time to spare.
