Michael G at Bud Clary was OUTSTANDING to work with. He kept in great contact, was so tentative with understanding with my wants and needs. Didn’t pressure me into anything. Got me quotes on not one but two of my dream vehicles and made the process so seamless for me. I drove over 3 hours to pick up my dream rig because he was so awesome. If I ever buy another I would 100% go back to him and this dealership. They filled the tank for me to get home and gave my new (to me) 2015 jeep wrangler a good bath before sending me on my way! I will recommend them to any and all of my clients if they mention buying a new vehicle. Absolutely worth the trip. Can’t say enough good things! Thank you so much! You all rock.

We purchase several vehicles each year for our business, or personal use and unfortunately this was the most disappointing vehicle purchasing experiences we’ve had. When we picked up the vehicle that they drove from Moses Lake to Spokane for us to pick up, we were told it had gone through their shop and had been inspected. However, within minutes of picking up the vehicle we noticed a problem and contacted them immediately. We were told the vehicle only needed an alignment and that they would cover the repair. We took the vehicle directly to our mechanic, where it was determined that the issue was not simply an alignment. In addition, our mechanic had difficulty getting the dealership to follow through with payment for the repair they agreed to cover. We also had to replace the tires shortly after purchase because one had a punctured sidewall. The tire shop informed us that the tires were approximately eight years old. As a business that regularly purchases vehicles, we expect honesty, proper inspections, and smooth follow-through when issues arise. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet any of those expectations. Based on this experience, we will not be purchasing from Bud Clary again.

I had a vehicle listed online and they came to me asking to potentially purchase. First offer was lower than any I had received from either a dealer or private party for the newly listed vehicle. Straight up was insulting. I was then again approached by Josh, a "Sinor buyer" who then asked me what I wanted out of the rig and I told him. He the proceeded to say that my vehicle, compared to other same make and model, wasn't worth that and wanted to "set some expectations" based on what he is seeing. My truck isn't stock or at all factory and has many add on and accessories. I am well aware that my buyers may be limited due to the additional items and costs. Condescending me isn't the way to get me to work with you. You earned a great 1 star review today to start the week off for Bud Clary!
