What can I say that all customers already know about Budds Chevrolet Cadillac that they are the best. When I take my vehicle there I am greeted by the best customer service advisors in the business people like Kerry, Shane, Ahmed ,and Braden. They greet you they get you set up right away then they shuttle you home or to work. Then when all is said and done they shuttle you back show you your bill ask if everything is to your satisfaction, and if it isn't they make it right. Love this company, love the service, and most of all love the people and how much they care. This has been my experience and will be yours too.

I visited Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC to address the main telecommunications issue with my Cadillac OPTIQ, along with two smaller concerns. The work was completed in a short time, and all issues were addressed professionally. Shane was excellent throughout the process—professional, helpful, and attentive to my questions and concerns. The rental car experience was also very good. While picking up the rental vehicle took a little longer than expected, the process itself was smooth, and returning the vehicle was exceptionally quick and hassle-free. Overall, I had a very positive service experience and would not hesitate to return for future service needs.

Bought our 24' Blazer RS from another dealer (Wallace) who did their best, but ultimately could not figure out an AWD hum at certain speeds. Brought it back SEVERAL times with 10's of thousands of dollars under warranty thrown at the issue to no avail. Finally gave up and went south to Budds', and OMG !!! WOW just WOW, just WOW.. Did I say WOW? No official appointment and the service manager sits with us for at least 30 mins to understand the issue, then just amps it up beyond belief and puts his BEST tech on our case literally on the fly! He hooked up a PICO scope and then spent as much time as needed on the highway to identify and document the issue which was sent to GM TAC. They then sent us home all the way to Milton in a rental no questions asked! They worked diligently and FINALLY solved the issue by replacing one part that was so simple! They also didn't just give it back to us and say "oh its good now", they TESTED it, in fact the same gentleman that did our original test went back out under the same conditions and did the very same PICO scope test to GUARNTEE the problem was indeed gone. We picked up the vehicle, skeptical after 1.5yrs of trying to figure this out, but halleluiah, these pros NAILED IT! We absolutely LOVE our Big Red again, and words cannot express our gratitude. All this said, we will exclusively carry on ALL our business with Budds' moving forward for future service and new vehicle purchases. Thank you Juan, Mike and Budds' for making our lives that much better after so many months of stress, which should be the polar opposite after such a huge purchase. Love, respect, and massively appreciate you guys!

We just bought our car from Budd’s this week! We had an amazing experience with David Shuta! He was extremely kind and helpful! He was extremely approachable whenever we had questions! Choosing a car is not always easy, but he definitely made the process a lot easier! I would recommend him to any person looking into buying a car! I went in with my father to trade-in his old vehicle for a used Lincoln MKC. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. Daniel, our salesperson was friendly from the get-go, provided amazing service and gave us a very fair trade-in value on my dad's vehicle. Most importantly, he wasn't pushy at all and even showed us the courtesy of coming in on his day off to hand the keys to my dad. Dealing with him was pain-free. Max, their finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. He provided us with many warranty options and helped to secure a great rate for our car loan.
