I had the best experience today. I bought a 2026 Chevrolet Trax T2 brand new w/ 5 miles. When you come ask for my sales rep Ralph Clark. He will go above and beyond to make sure you leave with a vehicle. Ralph understood all my needs and fulfilled his obligations. Top Tier customer service. I’m very satisfied with the service provided here at this establishment. The staff is polite & professional. Get your car from here. Trust me, You won’t be disappointed.

I had amazing service from Jesse Smith, my Service Advisor. He is knowledgeable and definitely works with you within the means. He had a great personality and was a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend Jesse as an advisor. I wanted to amend my review to include Casey a Sales Associate. We ended up purchasing a car after he made contact with us before leaving the dealership. Casey is kind, personable and has a very friendly demeanor. He did his best to get us what we wanted. Two good experiences in one day seems like a win to me.

Dorell Knight was awesome. He took care of my mother and brother while I was inside making my purchase! He was the first one to come out the dealership to assist us and was very friendly.

The experience I’ve had with Buddy Chevrolet has been concerning. Almost a month ago, I purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV RS Launch Edition and loved the vehicle. However, there are a couple of issues to note. TL;DR, the 2 stars is because the car works but the customer service after the sale is non-existent, otherwise I would give only one. - I had an extended warranty product that I wanted to cancel. I did succeed with cancelling the warranty through the administrator (Safe-guard Products International LLC) and a refund was processed with the dealer on February 5th. I called back the warranty company on a status because I haven’t received it, and they told me to follow up with the dealer. On four separate occasions, I have called this dealer asking for F&I to call me back, and every single time I have not gotten a return call from anyone regarding the status of that cancellation. - Another issue with my vehicle is that they didn’t even bother to check before selling, a slightly loose underbody tray (picture attached) without the proper bolt or fastener attached. This could be a potential safety hazard. And what is even more concerning about this dealer is that the contact form for the general manager simply does not work, or are ignoring me. You won’t find one e-mail address for any of the staff on their website, and any business cards I have with an e-mail on it, I have not received a response. I feel like I have to make this review for them to take notice. Buddy Chevrolet says that they provide extraordinary care before, during the car buying process, and after. The customer service after buying the car has been non-existent.

Kevin is the absolute best!! He always takes care of my vehicle needs and ensures he goes up and beyond to get any request I need taken care of. Please go and see him or anyone on the team if your vehicle needs servicing here at Buddy Chevrolet. HIGHLY Recommend.
