Budget Used Car Sales

This is my 6th time coming to Budget. It's always a pleasure knowing I'm known by name when I enter the lot. Every time, Walter and Alicia have always been very kind, honest and upfront throughout my buying process. No pressure or haggling. My boyfriend bought the lastest addition to the fleet (Lol) of vehicles we have purchased through Budget and we will not hesitate to do so again. Always a pleasure doing business with y'all.

Walter is amazing! He walked us through every step of the process and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. The entire staff is so pleasant & professional. My son & I are very grateful we crossed paths with Walter today! We highly recommend this place! 😊

Got a car with them over the weekend. I couldn't recommend Budget Used Car Sales more in my life. I was helped by Mr. Sean. He went above and beyond to help me get a car (Nissan Versa) at a payment I could afford. Spent the better part of the day doing it too and helped me communicate with my insurance. He even gave my little cousin a coloring book and crayons so she wouldn't be bored. The staff here don't just care about making a quick buck, they care about you the consumer. If you're ever in the market for a vehicle, I 100% recommend going here.

Mr Walter is an excellent salesman. He didn't push anything onto us and was up front with that we were getting. My wife and I purchased our second car ever with him. It was easy and he even helped us understand how percentages and financing worked. We ended up going through NavyFed, but it was basically hassle free working with him. My wife loves her new Ford and I'm glad we finally have two cars.

Do not buy a car here!!!! I purchased a black infiniti JX 35 here Dec 12th . An hour after I purchased my vehicle the engine light came on . A week later my vehicle broke down . The air intake hose was broke . Cracked and brittle it looked like the original that came with the vehicle, like they didn’t even take the time to replace it . I haven’t even had my vehicle for a week and my vehicle is done for. It’s sitting in my apartment parking lot . One of the sales representatives got in contact with me just to tell me all they could do was get it towed to an auto shop of THEIR choice . All they offered was the warranty. And to top that off the rep asked me if I found a good transmission repair shop. Mind you I never mentioned the transmission so that leads me to believe that the dealership knew the car had transmission issues and still chose to sell me the vehicle. Unbelievable .Now I have to find a shop and figure out how to pay for repairs I can’t afford on a vehicle I dropped 1500 on. Unbelievable. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!I HAVEN’T EVEN HAD THIS VEHICLE A MONTH! Now I have a broken down vehicle that I’m paying 313 a month on that doesn’t even work. And the roof leaks into the vehicle when it rains. The vehicle had no windshield wiper fluid or gas when I drove it off the lot. I had to stop at a gas station and fill it up.
