Bought my C5 from Bud’s about 10 years ago. From that day forward my experience has been exceptional. From working with Tom on the sale to Jessica in service its been a terrific experience. I have always been greeted with a smile and how can we help you. Timely updates by phone and e-mails as well as discussions on how best to handle any service needs. I live an hour away and will gladly drive the distance for a simple oil change. I worked 40 years in a customer service job and i have rarely seen the level of customer satisfaction as they provide. At first we bought a 2026 Chevy Trailblazer to do something different but after 6 days the transmission started acting up so we brought it in & was given a 2026 Chevy Equinox as a loaner. After driving the Equinox for about a week we started talking about upgrading to an Equinox as we didn’t want to give up some of the features we had with the loaner. Long story short we’re now the proud owners of a 2026 Chevy Equinox RS & we love it. Throughout this whole journey from purchasing the Trailblazer to trading it back in for an Equinox & financing the difference with money down our sales guy Cody has been phenomenal. I even texted him while he was on vacation when the trailblazer broke down (I forgot that was his vacation week) not only did he respond he asked to be kept updated & met with us on his first day back. Everyone at Buds from Cody in sales to Jessica in service to Angie in finance, who answered every question we had with a smile & clear explanation, has been wonderful. This experience is why we are repeat customers to Bud’s. Cody sold us our first purchase a few years ago our Buick Enclave, this new Equinox, & as long as he’s with Bud’s he will be our go to guy if we need to look into a new vehicle. I've been having a problem with my thermostat sticking on my car. I called my dealership at home and they said that it had to be actively happening for it to be a covered repair. It comes and goes. It seems to happen when I'm away from home in Fort Wayne. I'm driving through St. Marys and it starts acting up. I googled for my closet dealership and they sent me to Bud's. I explained to them my dilemma and Jess (the service attendant ) jumped right into action, trying to figure out how to help me because it was a 4 hour repair and it was 3pm on a Friday when it happened. She goes back and talks to Tyler ( the mechanic). He said that he has done the repairs before and he thought that he'd be able to squeeze me in. These guys weren't even upset about going the extra mile. My trip wasn't ruined after all. They got it fixed. You are awesome
