I had a wonderful experience here. Even though I have a dealership right next to my house off Route 1 & 9, I chose to travel a little farther — and it was worth it. They say sometimes you have to go the extra distance for good service, and that’s exactly what I received. Everyone at this dealership was polite, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. One of the sales guys, I believe his name is Tim, is a comedian — he had me laughing while joking around with his coworkers, which made the whole experience even better. My car was also due for two new tires, and Ryan handled that conversation with complete respect. When I told him I had to decline for financial reasons, he didn’t pressure me at all. Instead, he let me know they often run special promotions on tires and suggested keeping an eye out for those events so I can get a better deal in the future. That level of honesty and understanding goes a long way. Another thing customers might not know is that the dealership is conveniently close to the train station, which made it easy for me to get back when I came to pick up my car. Overall, top‑tier service, great people, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’m glad I made the trip.

I’ve gone to Buhler for the last two jeeps I have had and the service and pricing has been nothing but excellent. I traded in my old gladiator three years ago and leased a 4xe Wrangler. I now just leased with them again into another wrangler. Their pricing beats all of the neighbor dealers and I will definitely be continuing to give them my buisness. If anyone’s looking for a recommendation on who to work with, I love working with Daniel Gall, he’s fantastic and doesn’t waste your time with a deal.

I've owned a lot of new vehicles in my life time. I've delt with a lot of service departments. This has been by far the best I've ever delt with. The speed of service, the way they treat there customers are beyond and above any dealer I've delt with in the past. You pick up a lot, watching how they treat everyone while sitting in the waiting room and watching and listening. The service advisor Timothy Kinney has to be the nicest guy I ever met at any dealer.
