Buick at BUSH AUTO PLACE

My wife and I have purchased many vehicles over the past 15 years, and after moving to Ohio two weeks ago, we visited several dealerships. Bush Auto stood out as absolutely exceptional! There was no haggling, no pressure, and no sense that they were trying to take advantage of us in any way. Our salesperson, Luke, was outstanding his focus was entirely on providing excellent customer service. This was the first time I’ve ever walked into a dealership and felt completely at ease, without any pressure to buy extras or make quick decisions. We couldn’t be happier with both the cars we purchased and the entire experience. I highly recommend Bush Auto to anyone looking for an honest, customer-first dealership.

I bought a 2026 Traverse from Bush Auto for my wife. Throughout the process Luke Viars made it as simple and easy as possible. Luke even delivered the vehicle to our area as we live 1.5 hours away. Luke made this gift to my wife a Christmas Miracle!

Girlfriend traded her car for a 2014 Cruze. It was a $2500 car, so we were expecting much. We took it to get serviced. There were leaves in the oil filter, most of the sensors were dead or missing, and there was oil in the antifreeze, none of which was disclosed to her at the time of purchase. They also had the buttons missing off the keyfob, which they said they would replace, and then said "the car is as is" after the fact. As an added bonus, no dealer tags! They had her put her old plates on the new car, which is illegal. The engine has now blown up. They knew all of this, and still sold it to her anyway while lying about the condition of the car knowing it was the only car she had. Lawsuit is incoming.
