Buick at Edwards Storm Lake

I worked with Damien to get the truck i actually needed. Cool guy made it fun let me kick the tires and run my fingers through the thing before making a decision. Really appreciated the vist and the service.

I bought a truck from Austin and he was knowledgeable, personable, and the deal was done fast. I compared prices and felt like I got the best deal and was very well taken care of. Austin and Edward’s of Storm Lake is the best. Will drive 3 hours again for my next vehicle.

If I could give them a negative review I sure would. The service sucks. They have had my wife’s car almost two weeks with no answers. Getting the run around. We need a quote for my wife’s transmission so we can get it over to our warranty company. Tony and Travis are absolutely clueless. Supposed to have calls by End of day Last week, Monday, and nothing. Now I completely understand why they couldn’t get to her car on March 27th, because it was supposed to get something entirely different fixed. But here we are April 8th and nothing! Said I’d have a quote today… nope! The customer service sucks at this place and the Travis is absolutely terrible to work with. If there was another dealership in Storm Lake I would have went to them.

Very down to earth and friendly salesman including the other employees that helped me to get my SUV. The salesman listened to me and found exactly what I wanted that fit my budget as well. He made sure to thank me for my business and made sure to tell me to call him with any questions or concerns. I appreciate the extra mile he took for me.
