Buick at JENNINGS BEARDSTOWN, INC.

I had an issue where my car would not start and I could not get it to charge either so I asked them to tow it so they arrive. They managed to get it started, but instead of putting it on the tow truck to take it to Jennings to figure out what was wrong with it and see what was the problem they left and brought some another person back and decided to take it for a drive And then bring it back to my house. I caught all of this on my video doorbell As I was headed to work. This is very unprofessional. And very uncalled for at first, I initially thought the tow driver went and got a buddy and stole my car. To my relief, they did not, and they did not damage it as that was another concern since they did not have my Permission to drive it just to tow it and work on it. I will not be coming back because of this as this had me terrified and crying. I will go somewhere else to figure out why it keeps dying.

I’ve had such a positive experience with Kaiser Downs. He really stepped in and picked up where my previous car dealer left off, making sure I wasn’t left without answers. He helped me get the information I needed to move forward with getting my car fixed and made the process so much less stressful. What I appreciate most is how he always replied when I had concerns—never leaving me waiting or wondering. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers, and I’m grateful for the support and professionalism I’ve received. Highly recommend!

Went here for a dodge ram 5.7 as listed on the website. They pulled me up a v6. Really hurt my moral for this place. Found a comparable dodge ram, it had no coolant. First red flag. Second red flag the maintenance guy put the coolant in where we test it , not in the reservoir. Shows a lot about the mechanics here. And they don’t take the best care of their Trucks, they were filthy covered in spider webs. That isn’t a big deal but does make it hard to see imperfections. Mostly dirty bc the environment it’s basically in a dollar general parking lot. I will say, the sales guy was super accommodating and for that I give him 3 stars. The guy was chill and willing to help us , unfortunately we were just so turned off by the experience. Thankfully only an hour drive for us. Our search for the perfect truck continues.

The buying process was easy. The worst part about it is after I got the car started leaking oil and it started running bad. Spent all afternoon waiting for them at service to figure out what they was gonna do because the car cannot be fixed. It cost more to fix it then what is worth so instead of give me my money back or give me a different car we should’ve been handled in about an hour or two it’s been all weekend. I won’t get no interest till Monday. Very very shotty after sale Service there should’ve been handled in at least an hour not all weekend. It’s been six hours in that dealership Friday and when back Saturday morning and now they want me to come back Monday morning I guess I pay for a car so I can walk all weekend this shouldn’t have taken more than a hour to saddle not all weekend yes there are trying to make it right just drag it out and there’s no need to

Sadly I am going to have to rate this a 0. Savannah Irene traded off with my 15yr old brother and claimed that the truck was “good to go” and “practically brand new”. We have had to pay over $2000 in repairs mechanically since! When I tried to comment on her business pages post stating these issues she blocked me completely and deleted my comment. I think this is extremely unprofessional and shows her true colors!
