The dealership receives praise for knowledgeable and personable sales staff who provide attentive customer service, with particular commendation for their online purchasing process and willingness to work with customers on their terms. However, negative reviews highlight concerns about transparency regarding fees, inconsistent trade-in valuations between initial quotes and in-person transactions, and confusing facility navigation that frustrates customers.
I did not end up using this dealer for my new purchase but, Courtney C. was very kind in answering all of my questions and ensuring that before I made a purchase it made sense in every way; financial, vehicle offerings, and timing. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
Purchased a new 2025 GMC 3500 Denali Ultimate DRW from their online team. Was exceptional to deal with. No nonsense like I get when going into dealers. I hate playing the games and knew what I wanted. It was easy to do everything online. Flew into Denver and they picked me up from the airport. Drove the Truck home to Utah. Had a great experience and will definitely be using them again.
Just experienced a very unprofessional and shady situation. I sent over 20 pictures of our trade-in to the sales rep, we agreed to numbers on the purchase of the new vehicle, and the sales rep even sent over the contract for me to sign via email, only to have my husband drive an hour out to the dealership to compete the transaction and have the sales rep and manager completely change the amount they would give us for our trade in. We gave very clear pictures of the vehicle and it was only after we got there that they completely changed their offer. I would NEVER trust or recommend this dealership. I should have done my homework better and realized they have horrible online reviews. Too bad they lost the deal and we are buying a different car tomorrow at a different dealership.
They have a $195.00 diagnostic fee that they do not tell you about when scheduling an appointment. This fee does *not* go towards repairs; it is a stand alone fee. I took an hour off work to drive to this place just to cancel my appointment. I suggest calling around - there's another GMC dealer in Commerce city, and the non-dealer locations "nearby" are less than half that for a diagnostic fee. I'm guessing the business model is to get the person to drive to Kansas, spring this surprise fee on them, and then hope they're too tired and have sunk too much time into the process of traveling to their location to reject their nonsense. There are three service centers on this complex - plan to drive aimlessly around this monstrosity to all three to find out where your appointment is, getting redirected multiple times. Arrive to the correct service center on your third attempt to be instructed to park your vehicle in the most perfect of spots so the service tech doesn't have to stand up. I'd imagine if it were that big of a deal, they could move the car during the check-in process. Additionally, they will demand your address multiple times. Why? Are they going to mail you a postcard when your car is ready for pickup? No. They are going to mail you endless amounts of junk mail. Just give them a fake address.
GMC, what a great salesman you have in Joe Cleland .Good customer service. He knows he's stuff.and no pressure gave great advice. Thank you Joe!
