I purchased a new vehicle last Friday. The entire process was very smooth. The salesman that I worked with was TJ. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

This dealership was awesome. Everyone we worked with was very nice and considerate. No one was pushy and the staff was knowledgeable. They did not try to upsell us on anything and were straight forward with the price and were willing to work with us on trade in value. Highly recommend working with Adam, especially if you are looking into an EVs he was very helpful and offered a lot of good advice and insight.

Absolutely wonderful. I felt very taken care of. Everyone was kind, honest, and acted in ways that would benefit me. Genuinely good people. Dan has always been good to my family, and I was so relieved when I learned he would be willing to work with me. My new car is perfect, and I feel so incredibly lucky to have worked through Neuville to find it.

I had to wait almost two hours for a oil change. That is totally unacceptable. Last year the service was great with the same service with a hour the oil change. It's not like you detailed my truck . I do know a couple of close friends that are looking to purchase new vehicles. I won't be recommending them to Neuville Motors. Dennis Hoffmann

Horrible customer service. I was interested in a few vehicles and I went through the whole application process and was approved. Was promised a call back but no one ever called me back. I even contacted them back and left a message but still no return call. Guess I will take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here. Edited 3 weeks later no one ever called after they said they would. Found a better car elsewhere. Don't do business with those that don't do business. Lazy, poor service shame on you, do better be better.
